I have been doing this very gentle Yoga-stretching with Estelle now for a few months & have noticed a great difference in my flexibility, as well as endurance. She teaches you to practise at your own pace and to listen to your body as you do the stretches. I have also learned new breathing techniques which together with the yoga postures work wonders for stress release and general well-being. The peaceful hour we spend doing yoga-stretching is like a mini vacation, where we can re-energize, re-vitalize our body & soul.
